The purpose of the Society is for the ladies to be able to have a nice get together without the aggravation of a hostess having to do the serving and clean up. To this end, a corps of "tea boys" will be enrolled and trained. Along with serving duties, the servers will also be available to perform other duties such as foot rubs, pedicures and massages, along with other possible activities, to ensure an afternoon or evening of pampering and luxury for the ladies, which they richly deserve.
The tea boys, of course, will be completely discreet, and unobtrusive in waiting on the ladies. The ideal tea boy is skilled, quiet, totally respectful and keeps his mind on his duties.
The Society's purpose is for a pleasurable and relaxing get together for the ladies. Orientation of the ladies is unimportant (dominant, submissive, vanilla, bisexual, lesbian, or whatever). While it is possible that a lady may take an interest in a boy, there is no expectation that this will happen. Many of the ladies may be suited with their current boys; some may not be involved in the lifestyle, and some may be of an orientation that makes interest in a boy unlikely in the extreme. Boys who serve the Society, CAN however, put it on their resume when seeking a Mistress, and therefore have a reference. There is also the cachet of having SOME training in pleasing ladies. After all, the Dominant ladies in the Society are the ladies usually involved in the labor of selecting and TRAINING these boys. And these ladies will understand the likes and dislikes of the other ladies.
Tea servers attire will consist of a neatly cleaned and cared for birthday suit and a black bow tie. At this time, girl servers will only be allowed with the permission of the hostess holding the tea party. In addition, girl servers will have to wear the same attire and go through the same training session as boy servers do. For the Ladies, please do not teach, fondle, or grope a server during the course of the tea.

The meetings are open to members only and will be conducted in the homes of its members. Respect for the sensibilities of the host or hostess is paramount. Servers will accompany ladies to the food table and will be trained to serve the ladies salads, pastries, sandwiches, or wheatever as selected by the ladies.
